• Bided or negotiated pricing on specific items quoted by Affordable Building Supplies LLC through RFQ's with specifications or MSDS items of special material requests (see RFQ's). Requires quantities per RFQ format from estimator or individual requesting quote.

Staging & Storage

• Over 20,000 sq. ft. of storage space available for temporary or long-term stage / store of specific non-inventoried items. Delivery to site available J.I.T. Staging available on request priced on a job-by-job basis per assessment.

Vendor Based Partnerships

• Partnering utilizing contractor or institutions pre-established purchasing platforms thereby integrating Affordable Building Supply (as a reseller, distributor or manufactures rep) into a position to transact / service client needs on larger scale projects.

MRO Procurement

• Maintenance Repair Operational items pertaining to all material and equipment supply aspects of facilities maintenance. Savings on identified group products through consolidation of vendor base specifications. Reduced procurement cost and single source service help to create seamless delivery and consolidated billing.
